Mark Giblin is a Blues and Country guitarist who lives, performs and records in Sydney, Australia. He has released several albums, composing in the Folk, Blues, Country, Quirky, and Children's genres. In addition, Mark writes, animates, and scores the music for TV and Internet cartoons shown in 10 countries around the World. He is currently creating and scoring a full pre-school cartoon for ABC Australia, with a worldwide distribution deal tied in. Mark is also an accomplished banjo player who specializes in mountain banjo music.
Mark Giblin's credits include: Creator and composer for the Animated TV Series "The Music Makers" (sold through Panthenon Distributors, London); creator and composer for "SunnyTime ZoomZoom," a pre-school cartoon in development with BBC/ABC Australia; Album co-writer and producer for White Bread, One Time Prophets, a Syndey-based Blues and Country Band; Album co-writer and producer for Floating World, a Sydney-based Blues Duo. Mark is also the creator of an animated site called Travellin Jim, with hilarious tales of a young English backpacker.
