Steve's songs have been covered by Roger Daltrey (four over three albums, including "Bitter And Twisted" on the McVicar soundtrack), Hawkwind, and Lulu. Musicians who've recorded with Steve include Jon (Culture Club) Moss, Winston (Massive Attack) Blissett, Dale (Amy Winehouse) Davis, and Guy (Pink Floyd) Pratt.
Steve Swindells has never been out of the top 5 in the Reverb Nation Singer-Songwriter chart for Bath, UK since moving there from London in September 2019. He reached #1 in London in 2012. His all-star, ad-hoc, funky jamming band The Plastic Sturgeons have never dropped out of the top 5 on The Reverb Nation Jam Chart for London. Steve also collaborated with several other songwriters in various genres.
