Crazy bones is an old recording by Pete Bax of days gone by when musicians tried to play something that others couldn't. Be Bop was the ultimate result of this and some rap. Crazy Bones is a challange from yesterday to todays musicians. Bach improvise six lines of music at the same time??   Keywords: Ragtime,Trombone,Dixieland,,New Orleans,Jazz,Vintage,Swing, Ring Tone, Fun, Ringtone, Ring-Back, Ring Back,Cell Phone, Pete Bax studied the style of Trombonist Bennie Green who was perhaps the first trombonist to play in the Bebop style. Growing out of the Swing tradition, he combined some of the harmonic innovations of Bebop with Swing era phrasing. Benny Green's first major job was with Earl Hines at the age of 19. Green played with Hines' band several times during his career, including the 1942-43 Hine's Orchestra that included Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie. He played with Charlie Ventura between 1948 and 1949. Duke Ellington hired Green in 1969, and after leaving Ellington's band, Green made his living playing in Las Vegas hotel bands. Humphrey Lyttelton on his programme Best of Jazz on the BBC described Peter Fats Baxter and Benny Green as Jazz Brothers, today Peter is better known as Pete Bax. Benny died in 1977 almost the end of an era.
