If you wait until tomorrow
It might be too late and time will pass you by
There are better things to ponder 
And in the blink of an eye you ask yourself, oh why?

I might be getting older
But I’m not wasting time
If you sit back and wonder
You might not ever get, a second chance, then you die

My thoughts have changed for better
Cause’ in the real life, you ask the questions why
Flipping’ through books over and over 
I need to find that page that says hey man, it’s gonna be alright

I find I’m painting pictures
New colours every day
So if I’m getting wiser 
Maybe I have learned, a better way, to take on life
