Fading dreams and Sunday rain 
Sliding down my windowpane 
Misty memories of moments in the past.
And I wonder where you are 
Are you near or are you far 
Did your rainy day dreams ever come to pass?

In the quiet of the night 
Just before the morning light

The serenity we knew 
Walking down the avenue
