In The Presence of Angels

I feel angels pressing down upon me
Whatever is painful teaches us what is great
Whatever we fear serves to motivate
Through the darkness I’m beginning to see
All we ever want is an illusion
All we get is freedom from delusion
I see dark clouds and they’re coming for me
Anger comes from within and is hateful
Freedom comes to those who are grateful

Clouds in the distance is there something to see?
The pressure’s building getting harder to breath

Standing around I feel stuck in the maze
Praying for answers and I’m fearing the presence of

In the presence of angels you’ve got to believe

You feel a cool breeze as the light begins to fade
The night is coming and so ends another day
Suddenly your hair stands up, and you look to see who’s there
Here come the angels calling you to be aware, and they say
“Come, come, come, come and fly away”
Your early presence only lasts you but a day
Feel, and find your way
Nothing to hold you back, or make you want to stay
