	He’s a super hero friend to me!

	That you will positively agree.

	That even though He didn’t come from planets far
	And never came from outer space,
	He brought with Him a plan to save the world from sin 
	And landed on this earth with grace.

2.	So strange the way that God would choose to send my friend,
	As a baby in a manger cold.
	No cape would he wear, only swaddling cloths
	For His mother with the babe to hold.

	Unlike the Hulk he grew to be a gentle man;
	His strength was in the things He’d do.
	No sword to carry nor a magic wand,
	His Word: the only Sword for you!

	He died upon that cross to save us from our sins.
	The tomb would give Him up in three.
	No magic was there in escaping from His death.
	He did it all for you and me.
