ScarHop (David Salazar Rodríguez) is a rapper, composer, musician, and actor from Spain. He play the trumpet for three years, he has made a few concerts with Young Band School. He worked as a voice performer for the Spanish publisher "Beer," performing backup vocals, lyrics, vocal characterizations, and advertising jingles for radio and national TV. In 2005 he decided to choose Hip-Hop as his musical expression, adopting the stage name as a pseudonym ScarHop. He released his first solo album called "Lucid Dreams" worldwide.
ScarHop is an artist with a purpose. He brings culture as a European citizen, born in Venezuela, now residing in Madrid, Spain. He loves to perform and create to showcase his many talents like performing backing vocals, lyrics, vocal characterizations, and advertising jingles for radio and national TV Shows. He has participated in various performances (concerts, freestyle battle) around the country. In 2010 ScarHop was part of the duo "Flow ConSentido" and together they created a radio show called "Meta Rap" conducting interviews for Spanish rappers. As an actor, he has played in several notable films and commercial spots. On January 2016 ScarHop was signed where he released his first solo album, "Lucid Dreams" on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon, and his music video clip EXGF, which has 48,000 views on Youtube and 60,000 in Facebook. The video was also shown on China Dish Network Television & Worldwide. The album was produced between Madrid and Los Angeles with Mac Sauce and Connie Hill on the beats. ScarHop was featured in the following magazines, "MakinItMag," and "HypeMagazine."
