Ken Theriot

Home: San Antonio, Texas USA

Ken Theriot is a Texas Singer/Songwriter performing his brand of medieval-tinged Acoustic Pop-Folk. The songs are often so catchy that people have complained they can't get the tunes out of their heads. He has released six albums, including “Human History," which contains the songs "Agincourt" and "Band of Brothers," which have become standards in the medieval re-creation group, The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA). More recent albums include the Christmas album, The Gifts of Midwinter (Ken & Lisa Theriot) and "Outlaws and Bystanders.

In addition to the Acoustic Pop-Folk that Ken Theriot records and performs, he also composes music in many other different genres which include Electronic, Rock, Country, Celtic, Christmas, and Holiday. His music is a mix of songs with and without vocals that includes lots of vocal harmonies. Ken's instrumental music is a mix of short cues/loops and longer atmospheric pieces, all of which are perfect for film and video.
