Martin Buitenweg graduated from Amsterdam Conservatory in 1991 and moved to Aruba in 1993. Soon after, he was picked up by Chichi Peralta and toured the globe. In 2001, Martin won a Latin Grammy with "de Vuelta al Barrio."
