Paul Cooper-James has composed and conducted music in numerous cathedrals and concert halls around the UK and became a music adviser for the Midlands and South Wales. His influences include spiritual mantras as well as large-scale cinematic composers such as Hans Zimmer, Rupert Greyson-Williams, Christian Welde, and John Tavener. Paul acquired his musical skills through church music and a love of popular music while earning a degree in music and a Master's degree in musical engagement. He is a proficient organist, pianist and accompanist, and a trained tenor and counter-tenor. Paul has continually performed in public throughout his life with established regional, national and international choirs, ensembles and soloists.
