Award-winning songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Linda Severt, has been writing and performing for both children and adults for many years. Her unique, contemporary folk songs incorporate multiple styles, including Rock, Swing, Classical, Cajun, Country and Reggae. Linda’s songs are sometimes quirky, sometimes deeply moving, sometimes just plain silly, but always clever and highly original. “The wittiest lyrics this side of Dr. Seuss.” – Parents’ Choice Awards. “She is the Beatles of Children's music. What she can do in a studio is mind blowing.” - Chameleon Performance.


Linda Severt has won four awards for her children's recordings, including a Parents' Choice Silver Award. In her live shows for families, Linda combines music and circus arts, to great effect.
