With decades of Mastering and Music production, Paul “Sequence” Ferguson is a master musician, performer, and composer. Sublime and mellow, his musical style captivates influential stars and producers in the industry. He played lead guitar for the Platters and opened for great acts like Ray, Goodman & Brown, Blue Magic, Roy Ayers, Onaje Allen Gumbs, Najee, and Manhattan Transfer. Paul also played piano on Guru’s Jazzmatazz ll CD, and in 2007 his music was featured on Delta Skyline Radio Channel 10, playing around the world on Delta.
Paul “Sequence” Ferguson has produced music for many videos, motion pictures, and TV productions. His musical expertise also earned him the coveted position of Musical Director for GBTV’s Culture Share, a popular show that broadcasts in NY, London, Grenada and other islands of the Caribbean.
With Guru, he scored the soundtrack for the movie Girls Town, and he composed music for Avant Garde Digital Films two direct-to-video programs The Macomb Incident and The World Of Visual Music. Paul also scored the soundtrack for the documentary Arabian Culture through the Equine Industry for B. E. T. Along with Chaka Khan, Ramsey Lewis, Branford Marsalis, Donald Byrd, Ronny Jordan, and others, he was a featured pianist on Guru's Jazzmatazz II CD. He also performed as a one-man orchestra and was among the featured entertainers at the June 1996 Black Comedy Awards and festivals like JVC Jazz Festival in London (Royal Albert Hall) and Foro Italico (Rome).
