Stevie Gold brings a wealth of talent and musical experience to our site. For the last 20 years, Stevie performed extensively in the US, Canada and Europe. Her music reflects her composition and arrangement studies which took her from Boston to Los Angeles. She studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston and graduated from the Dick Grove School of Music in Los Angeles. While in LA, she studied composition and arranging under such luminaries as Dick Grove, Nelson Riddle, Clare Fischer, Tom Scott and Lalo Schifrin. Press reviews for an earlier project of Stevie's, "Land of the Diamond Sun," an album for kids using creative characters, clever lyrics and diverse musical styles: "Musical messages on how to deal with life's everyday pressures. Rock, country, jazz and rap music provide uplifting, positive lessons for children ages 6-11." - Barbara Wood, Los Angeles Daily News "For Kids who've outgrown the Chipmunks and Joanie Bartels but aren't quite ready for Stone Temple Pilots, 'Land of the Diamond Sun' deserves a listen.
