Grady Scott is a talented producer from Arizona who spends his days writing music or inspiring others through teaching. Grady grew up listening to a lot of 70's songs, and got his start playing music for a progressive church. There he developed chord structures common in Urban R&B music. Grady sang in a few choirs and played in (or was a music director for) a number of bands. These experiences helped him develop a unique style that includes mellow, bumpin’ Motown music, Hip Hop, West Coast Rap and Hardcore Rap. We like his fun Nighttime Crawling Spiders and Steppin’ Out Tonight.
Upbeat smooth R&B track with an urban flair. Featuring modern chord voicing with traditional progressions, this track brings some of the classic Philly sounds and elements to the modern day. Instrumental, RnB, Philly Soul
This song is inspired by my good friend Larry Cunningham, of The Floaters. Paying homage to the Motown sound, this song is built around a searing tight brass section, a funky, cold, and solid bass line, a Rhodes piano and a jazz guitar riff that is right on time! Instrumental, RnB, Motown
Ever wish you had an upbeat theme song that you could use to show you steppin’ out into the nightlife? This is a jazzy throwback to the days of Motown. The keys lay down stretched out chords while the drum establishes a nice pocket; tight, brassy, horn serve as a Motown hit, with a cold bass line! Instrumental, RnB, Motown
Nice acoustic guitar solo played over a very clean sounding guitar chord. Orchestral strings add a soft pad, while the bass provides a nice full bottom. This song is perfect for: Film/Tv, Commercials, and more. If you've ever needed a song to reflect a loss of something, this song is for you! Instrumental, RnB, Quiet Storm
