South African Musician and Composer David Waugh is a member of the Music Award-nominated band Lonehill Estate, in which he co-wrote, produced, and mixed five South African #1 hits. He has scored TV commercials for clients like Coca-Cola, Toyota, McDonald's, Amstel Lager, KFC, Honda, FNB, and Standard Bank, and corporates for The King Edward Hotel and Sasol. David also wrote the theme for the video game “Bounty Arms," and he brings us music in the Hard Rock, Orchestral, Electro, Avant Garde, Ambient, Easy Listening, and Acoustic genres.
David Waugh's band Lonehill Estate has opened for top acts including Muse, Korn, Good Charlotte, and 30 Seconds To Mars. They have performed at The Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, The Global Battle of the Bands at London's legendary Astoria Theatre, and at Musexpo in LA at SIR Studios and The Viper Room. David is incredibly successful in the Pop and Rock genres, having produced and mixed five national number one hits for his band Lonehill Estate, namely "Daans," "Look Good," "Green Pocket," "Techno Band," and "Gangstar." Several of their songs appeared in the film "Finding Lenny."
David scored the film "Swop" along with Richard Vosgatter and has scored corporate opportunities for companies like Aurecon, KFC, Liberty, and Clover.
