Dutch artist Randolf Smeets is the highly creative composer behind Chameleon Music who fuses Electronic and Classical music with acoustic instruments like clarinet, guitar, percussion, and piano. With a unique and aberrant combination of composed music and improvisation, his work often blends Ambient, Drum 'n' Bass, Rock, Jazz, and many other styles. Randolf Smeets' Chameleon Music has released more than 20 albums and singles (as The Phlod-Nar, Randolf Smeets, Agula, Feirledijika, Azimogu, and The Mun Astronauts). He reaches for other like-minded musicians, composers, and filmmakers to collaborate on projects. His projects all played by Randolf himself include:
- "For Andrei - Music, sounds, and dialogue from the films of Andrei Tarkovsky" - a tribute to the director Andrei Tarkovsky
- "Wanjina" a so-called "pseudo-Classical" project with composed and Classical music,
- "Temonos Productions" - sheet music, and special artwork
- Feirledijika (a Jazz project with dialogue from movies)
- "Agula" another solo project featuring guitar, bass and drums/ percussion
