Based in France, Jakaranda is a unique collaboration between Clem and Louis, two composers who have scored numerous films, TV shows, commercials, and stage plays. They met when Clem was a bass player at the French Jazz school CIM (Paris), and Louis was finishing his drum studies at Berklee (Boston). After composing and producing more than 200 songs for young French singers, they decided to further their studies at the conservatory Jean-Philippe Rameau (Paris). Jakaranda covers the Classical, Dramatic, World, Jazz, Electro, and Rock genres.
