Ryan Kenneth Ford is an Orchestral Electronic media music composer from Taunton, Somerset. His love for music started when he was young, as it was easier to express himself through music than written words due to dyslexia. That love evolved through the enjoyment of playing musical instruments and using computer software to release his expressive side. Ryan finds escape in creating atmospheres, moods, and emotions in his compositions which are well suited for Corporate Branding, Promos, Trailers, Podcasts, and a broad spectrum of new media.
Ryan Kenneth Ford has earned advanced degrees in Music Technology and he currently composes and produces music for media, with his main genre being Orchestral Electronic music. Ryan also composes and produces for a diverse array of artists whose music has been featured on BBC Radio. Recognized as the leading Somerset area composer and producer, Ryan has joined forces with many successful and up-and-coming artists to help with their music production efforts. Ryan gains satisfaction seeing the delight and understanding that his musical creations bring to others. His raw passion has been developed by technical training. The teaching at Coleg Harlech College was inspiring with a very hands-on practical side, and new musical knowledge was gained particularly with his teachers introducing him to recording. He became involved with the college-based band The Lieutenant and started to widen his horizons with music production, song writing, audio-engineering, and sound composition. With this well-rounded insight into making music and the confidence imparted by the tutors, Ryan gained an unshakeable belief that his life should be rooted in music.
