Award-winning L. A. Composer Jason Bradley Livesay began playing the violin at 8, studying with Mildred Lloyd, Chen Yang, Dick Walker, and Todor Pelev. After winning several national awards as a teen, he went on to secure assistantship as a composer on The Amazing Race (CBS), which led to compositions and film scores for DreamWorks, Paramount, Columbia, MGM, Disney/Pixar, and others. Jason has over 40 film and TV credits, including “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," the feature films “Bounty” and “Chasing the Green,” and original music for the documentary "Dear Francis."
Jason Bradley Livesay attended Azusa Pacific University, studying violin with Ruth Meints and composition with Phil Shackleton. He later studied film scoring at UCLA, conducting with Jorge Mester, and voice with Calvin Remsberg and Michael Skidgel.
Jason's work with Lee Sanders for CBS Television's The Amazing Race opened the door to many working relationships in the film industry. In addition to the above credits, Jason has teamed with his twin brother Nolan to compose for Warner Brothers, FoxFaith Films, Nickelodeon, CBS, and MTV, and won a Gold Classic Telly Award for "Best Music."
Jason wrote the original music for the award-winning feature documentary "Dear Francis," and additional music and orchestration for the feature film "One Night with the King," starring Peter O'Toole. In addition, he did the electronic programming for Disney/Pixar's "Burn-e" (an animated short released with "Wall-e"). Jason also holds a conducting position with the Golden State Pops Orchestra, and has premiered his own original concert works with the Lake Avenue Chamber Orchestra, the Sonus Quartet, the Golden State Pops Orchestra, and others.
An building and pounding action cue with driving percussion rhythms, orchestral energy, and big drums, underscoring anything from a heist getaway to a battle between man and machine. Very much in the vein of John Powell's "Bourne" movies and the scores of Hanz Zimmer and Steve Jablonsky. Instrumental, Military, Orchestral Epic

An epic action theme with driving percussion rhythms, orchestral energy, and big drums, underscoring anything from a victory battle between man and machine to a hero's theme.
