British singer, songwriter, musician and performer Ian Charles Pain now lives in the wilds of Japan, and brings us super fun smokey vocals with heartrending tales on many subjects. Ian composes in several genres: pop, folk, country, rock and electronic, and has been featured in numerous media productions. Ian's strengths lie in the versatility of having lived happily in several cultures and having played in various hip folk bands and gritty punk bands. In addition to compelling vocals, Ian has written music for TV (Ultimate Japan) New Age/Yoga CDs and a monkey onsen spa in Japan!
Ian Charles Pain also co-wrote with respected dream author Tony Crisp, "The Seed and Afrika Sky Stories." In addition, Ian composed "Monkey Time" for the Snow Monkey website, and has worked on many other multimedia projects.
