Performing for 35 years, including on over 90 CDs, USA Composer and multi instrumentalist Gayle Ellett’s compositions appear in film and TV soundtracks, award-winning CDs, commercials, art installations, animation, computer games, and numerous corporate applications. Recently featured in Brad Pitt’s Year of the Dog, other film projects include Get Smart, Kiss the Bride (with Tori Spelling), The Devil's Muse (Dir. Ramzi Abed), Out Of Left Field, Combover, Los Gringos, etc. Gayle is airing on 20 USA television networks, and has charted on Billboard with his award-winning music.


Gayle Ellett's music airs on numerous overseas networks and 20 different USA television shows, including “General Hospital” and "Knock First" (ABC), "Swingtown" and "Rebecca's Garden" (CBS), "Next" and "Exposed" (MTV), "The Osbournes Reloaded" (FOX), "Bad Girls Road Trip" (Oxygen), "House Hunters International" (HGTV), "Surfer" and "Powder" (ESPN), "Clark Howard" (CNN/HLN), etc, as well as soundtrack music for TV shows airing on PBS, Bravo, The Movie Channel, The Movie Channel 2, Outdoor Channel, Halogen, Showtime, Showtime 2, Showtime 3, Showtime Women, Showtime Family, Universal HD, EchoStar, EWTN, the TBS Super Station, and also on numerous educational websites.

Gayle plays a wide range of instruments such as: electric & acoustic guitar, bouzouki, ruan, quirquincho, bulbul tarang, jal tarang, oud, koto, dotara, gimbri, dilruba, rababa, swarsangam, tumbi, bugchu, gopichand, cumbus, suling, harmonium, mizmar, shehnai, mandolin, flute, ocean drum, Tibetan singing bowls, piano & organ & analog synths, guitar synth, Theremin, upright bass, and other instruments.
