You can probably play the right notes, in the right order, at the right times as a beginner. A lot depends on how much you really want to be able to play it. It is surprising what difficult music we can cope with if we are passionate about it.
How well you can make music out of it? ... that depends on how much blood, sweat and tears you are prepared to put into it working at it after you reach the point where you can play it fluently - and that means minutiae of touch, phrasing, accentuation, weighting of chords, dynamics, flow, ... as well as the overall shape and balance.
I found composing this at 100 BPM was at the limit of my ability I had to find a dream from my childhood and the dream I never tire of watching is the dry arid desert coming back to life as the flowing river restores it, truly a miracle.
