I think I’ve finally decided
About what I’m going to do
I’ve been thinkin’ about Colorado
You know I’ve always dreamed of a mountain view

And I thought about makin’ rainbows
But I been told the job is already done
That’s what I get for hesitatin’
That’s why I’m heading back to the timber run

I’ll settle on twenty acres
plant some music inn the ground
Invite all my friends to come on over
We’ll harvest some notes and share the sounds

The mornin’ whistle blowin’
Old narrow gage she’s on her way
I surly know her body’s achin’
And I can almost hear that lonesome whistle say
