The rain gleefully falls
On busily growing flowers
Barely out of the ground.

Rising out of the rain, a city
Gleaming, just out of the bath,
With parks and streets
Under the smirking sun.

And the light rays glitter on the flat-calm sea
Like a growing memory from winters past.
Who could better, I hardly know,
Oh Lord, than you, make a world like this
