You know, I think kudzu’s got a bad rap.

I had kudzu for 3 meals a day during the depression. 
Mama put syrup on it in the morning, cat-sup 
in the afternoon, barbeque sauce at night.

There's even a restaurant in Juliette, GA 
that serves fried green Kudzu!

By the time you done eating, that vine is
