Hailing from Amherst, Massachusetts, Edward Norrey has been performing and recording music for the past 14 years in diverse bands and projects. As a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, he has written, performed, and recorded several albums, and now focuses on building wistful, dramatic, and cinematic songs using acoustic guitars, bass, piano, e-bow, and more. Edward’s project Daeves was featured and reviewed in publications such as Sound of Boston, The Deli Magazine, and the Boston Hassle.
Descending notes on acoustic guitar and xylophone start off the track with a somber tone. A piano melody starts to change the mood and eventually builds to a soaring, mid-tempo climax complete with piano, guitar, e-bow, and a rumbling bass line.
