Based in Washington, DC, Lea Morris is a talented Singer-Songwriter who blends Americana influences of Gospel, Soul, Country, and Folk with thoughtful songwriting into her own brand of contemporary acoustic music. She is a graduate of the Artist in Residence program at The Music Center at Strathmore in Bethesda. A dynamic vocalist and guitarist, she toured the US and abroad with legends Odetta and Mavis Staples as well as Dar Williams and Anthony Hamilton. Lea also writes songs with Kid Pan Alley and is a beloved children's music performer.
