Award-winning Composer and world-class Mastering Engineer, Duncan Stanbury has made an indelible imprint on popular music. Stanbury has written for both film and television, receiving an Honorary Daytime Emmy for his work on The Guiding Light on CBS. He has received the "Best Original Score in a Short Film" award at the 2012 Long Island International Film Festival for the film This Shining Night, a Festival de Cannes (Court Metrage) Short Film Corner 2012 selection, starring Eric Roberts and Kevin Brown.
As a world-class Mastering Engineer, Duncan Stanbury has worked with many well-known artists to include Jay Z's breakout multi-Platinum recording "Reasonable Doubt" (1996). He has received Gold records for mastering recordings for Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz, Big L and Peter Gunz & Lord Tariq. He has also mastered Shirley Horn's 1998 Grammy-winning recording " I Remember Miles." Duncan's list of credentials are impressive, including work for INXS, Dolly Parton, OMI, Kool & The Gang, Goo Goo Dolls, Ray Barretto, Medeski, Martin and Wood, Pitbull, Afrika Bambaataa and many others. He has also mastered reissues for Mosaic Records of classic recordings by Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and Nat King Cole.
