Peter Frank Santovito is an award-winning songwriter, musician, performer, recording artist, and producer from Florida. As a member of the Grammy's and Broadcast Music, Peter created "Beat Of My Heart" with Chris Price Recording and Executive Producer, Rudy Perez. "Beat of My Heart" became a hit in 2018, with peak position #21 on Cashbox Record World Music Top 50 Adult Contemporary Music charts. "Lights, Camera, Action!" is a song that was written on-the-spot by Peter Frank Santovito while attending an Actor's Workshop in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Out of a Class of 25 students, the Director pointed and shouted: "Peter, write a song that the entire class can join in and sing." Talk about pressure! In his mind, he thought about what it was 'we' were doing as aspiring actors. All of a sudden, while playing his guitar, he started singing,"Lights, Camera, Action!" and soon after, one by one, the whole class was singing the made-up chorus line. About two weeks later, Peter completed the verses, melody, bridge, and lyrics. He then recorded the song with Producer Meco Monardo and working the "board" James Paul Wisner, an engineer, musician, and producer in his own right. "Lights, Camera, Action!" is the perfect theme song for TV, Films, Video and all media. Peter is a winner of numerous Songwriting Contests and Song Competitions, including American Song Festival, John Lennon Song Contest, and Billboard World Song Contests.
