Axel Schwintzer is originally a trained Jazz pianist and composer, based in New York City. A summa cum laude graduate of Boston's Berklee College of Music, he has released two albums of original Jazz music (Axel's Axiom) that have received critical acclaim and spent many weeks in the Jazz chart. He has produced original Vocal Pop music (Lingua Funqa) as well as instrumental cues in genres ranging from EDM to Orchestral, from Solo Piano to minimal Electronica. Axel has a particular fondness for the groove-oriented music of all types.


- The debut album by Axel's Axiom, "Uncommon Sense," has enjoyed 12 weeks on the CMJ Jazz charts, peaking at #2.
