For California artist Cliff Targum, music connects him to people without words. Composing in genres from Smooth Jazz and Spanish Guitar to Heavy Metal and Hard Rock featuring major guitar shreds, he has recorded and performed with John Cartwright, Steve Reid, Fred Afshar, Chris Ho, Bruce Stone, Swen Seaholm, and other artists. Cliff's score for the film "Understanding Pain in Older Age" was awarded the Grand Prize at the 2015 Marina Del Ray Film Festival. His compositions and recorded albums include "Desert Winds" and "Tropical Oasis."
