Tony on Fire (aka Tony Casella) co-founded the Alternative/Metal band Deafening, which enjoyed local and regional success, including two tours to Los Angeles, an appearance in an MTV video for the band Cold, and opening for Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains. Tony also released an acoustic-oriented Grunge Rock album entitled "The Distant End" that is an expression of raw, sincere emotion. After performing hundreds of acoustic shows, Tony formed the 'Nirvana Experience,' which has proven to be a highly-demanded Nirvana tribute.

The Nirvana Experience was chosen for AXS TV's World's Greatest Tribute Bands TV series in 2014, and their fabricated Nirvana song "Flaccid Bone" received attention from TMZ and multiple other news media outlets.
