Detroit Singer-Songwriter Beth Griffith-Manley has built an impressive career outside of being the daughter of Motown legend Johnny Griffith of the Funk Brothers. After touring around the world with Anita Baker and KEM as a background singer, she went out on her own and became a solo artist. Her leap of faith landed her a spot on Season 16 of The Voice with coaches Kelly Clarkson and John Legend. She has performed at several Michigan Inaugural Balls in Washington, D.C. In 2017, Beth released her first album “Free” on her own label.
