Randy Layne is a talented Country, Country Rock, and Americana guitarist and composer who has played diverse genres of music in Nashville for the past 37 years. He has played guitar with B. J. Thomas, Michael McDonald, The Jordanaires, Con Hunley, Dobie Gray, T. Graham Brown, and many other artists live on TV shows or in the recording studio. Randy is consistently working on new songs and performing in various musical venues in the Nashville area.
Randy Layne played guitar with the band Sons of the Beach which backed 37 original Rock and Roll acts performing 52 songs on “Rock and Roll Graffiti” which aired on PBS and TNN for several years. Randy has recorded 3 CDs of original guitar instrumental music. The most recent is entitled “Notes."
