Bill James grew up in Austin, Texas. Bill played in many local bands including Primitive Moderns, and The Rockhounds. Bill's band Slow Motion opened up for The Police on their first American tour. Bill has released three CD's, The Love Doctor, Turn the Dice and James Street. Bill is currently playing in The Elderberries and is also playing solo guitar at events in and around the Central Texas area.
Bill has also written two books. The first book is called "The Three Souls." It is a paranormal book that is available on Amazon.com. The second book is called Fiddlestick Floyd in Fiddle land. It is a children's book about overcoming anger in children.
