Christopher Purple's influences have always been the great and all time classic live performers like Prince, Queen and David Bowie. He’s always liked the performers who put on a big elaborate shows-he likes escapism. He’s quite down to earth but does like the idea of performers being a bit larger than life. Christopher Purple is quite happy that the likes of Lewis Capaldi, Sia and Ed Sheeran are doing well because it shows the industry that you don’t have to be 22, tanned and in a manufactured boy band to sell records. Christopher Purple would love the future to be releasing as much as possible. He has a large back-catalogue of songs to draw from. It’d be nice to have enough success to keep on going and keep on selling and having a positive effect on his audience. |
