Massachusetts native Peter Vantine is an accomplished pianist and award-winning composer receiving acclaim from audiences across the nation. Showing tremendous versatility and an ability to evoke emotion and spirit through music, he writes everything from Choral and Classical works to Rock, Techno, and Dramatic underscore, as well as Hymn and Folksong arrangements. Peter's music has been featured on corporate websites, educational software, interactive museum exhibits, and as a highlighted composer through Turner Classic Movies.
Peter Vantine earned his Bachelor of Music Degree (Film Scoring and Music Production) from Berklee College of Music, and a Masters of Music Degree (Music Education) from Boston University. He produced numerous multimedia projects with The JLR Group and JLP International, specializing in sound-alikes and arrangements of public domain works. Peter also founded the Christian Music & Arts organization One Foundation and produced a variety of contemporary Christian recording artists in the New England area. He was awarded the grand prize during the 2001 Turner Classic Movies Young Film Composers Competition and composed an entirely original score for the 1921 film "Camille." Recently, Peter has been composing concert works for choral and orchestral ensembles.
