Beautiful, Jazzy music for the holidays -- Jive Ass Sleepers' "Christ Was Born on Christmas Day" won our November Editor's Pick Award! Sweet music for holiday films and commercials showing families shopping, wrapping presents, celebrating the season, or on their way to Grandma's House. Jive Ass Sleepers Stuart Moore started writing music in 2001 and quickly developed his own funky, laid-back sound as part of the short-lived Funk/Soul/Rock band Sugar Brown. He later went solo, developing his own unique sound of hip Jazz-infused Dance music. After graduating in 2003 from the University of Sheffield in England, he was soon a professionally performing musician. Over the past few years, Jive Ass Sleepers has released four albums -- Gettin Down To Business, New Jazz Galaxy, Scratch, and Funk Factor. |
