Volume Water’s unique brand of original material is memorable for its catchy riffs, great melodies and evocative lyrics. The musicianship and vocal quality are incredible. These guys are musicians’ musicians. And Volume Water knows how to put on a show. Their dynamic stage performance brings fans to their feet, gets them rocking, and keeps them going all night.


- Volume Water was formed in 2003 and is based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
- Debut CD, “Underneath the Sun”, was released in 2005. Video for the track, “Underneath the Sun” can be viewed on www.volumewater.com.
- Second CD, "Land of the Greed...Home of the Slave" released in 2008.
- Selected by Hamilton’s rock radio station, Y108, as the Extreme Band Slam winners for 2008.
- Provincial Semi-finalist in the Bodog Music Battle of the Bands 2008.
- Nominated for Rock Recording of the Year in the Hamilton Music Awards 2008.
- Voted SILVER as the Best Local Band in VIEW Magazine Poll 2008.
- Voted GOLD for Best Local Band Website in VIEW Magazine Poll 2009.
- Voted GOLD for Best Album Artwork in VIEW Magazine Poll 2009.
- Voted SILVER for Band Most Likely to Make It Big in VIEW Magazine Poll 2009.
- Have had REGULAR AIRPLAY on Hamilton’s Rock Radio Station Y108FM in 2009
- Performed as the opening act for The Trews, Teenage Head and PETE BEST, the original drummer of THE BEATLES.
- Members of I MOTHER EARTH and FINGER ELEVEN have joined Volume Water during their live performances.
- Perform an average of over 100 shows a year.
