Michele Rene fronted band Marmalade Skies whose music was featured on prime time tv (Felicity, Bailey's Mistake). She also moonlighted in a band called Tinseltown with David Koval. Since then, she's gone 'solo,' sort of. She still writes and performs with long time partner/producer Robert Bancalari and she's been in the studio with David Koval again. David Koval has a volume of songs he has written for Michele Rene to record. Their first release is "Future Pills" - a pop-angst love song recorded at Artisans Label Studios in Fullerton, CA. 3-part harmonies, electric guitar and harpsichord. It has already gotten airplay on the famous Rodney on the Roq show (KROQ). |
