With a degree in Audio Mastering from Berklee College of Music, UK's Peter Trappen has been a professional musician for more than 40 years. Nominated for a Grammy in 2001, Peter has a Bluesy backwoods vocal style that sounds like Jim Morrison jamming with Jimmy Buffett in a smoky roadhouse. Combine that with a generous dose of finger-picking Acoustic and Electric guitars similar to Eric Clapton and Mark Knopfler, and you have Peter's unique style. Building a home studio in the late 1990's, he is adept at programming keyboards and loops.
All parts are played / programmed by Peter using a Roland XP50 synthesizer and an Akai MPC midi controller for rhythm tracks, keyboards, violins, flutes percussive accents. His guitars are: Martin 0028 Acoustic, Heritage 535 hollow body, Fender Stratocaster. He plays Hohner brand Harmonicas in a folk style similar to Bob Dylan and Neil Young. Peter has shared the stage with such notables as The Beach Boys, The Byrds, Mountain, Chuck Berry and a host of other famous musicians, including Scott Henderson, Kenny Jones, Gary Hooker and Jaco Pastorius.

A melancholy tune with a Stratocaster guitar weaving sorrowful notes within the piece. A song for a rainy day, dreaming of a brighter future looking out of the window over the fields.
