ZX81 is the alias of Cesare Discepoli, an Italian guitarist, sound engineer, and composer. Working in Electronic genres like Ambient, IDM, Trance, Trip Hop, and Industrial, his music features a cool blend of prepared guitars, processed effects, and modern beats. ZX81 has performed live in cities like Milano, Rome, Torino, Berlin, and Munch, and has opened for bands like AlecEmpire at Schlagstrom Anniversary Fest. In 2009 he formed the band Nunun, which features improvisation and electronics side-by-side with traditional instruments.
