MMB's lyrical content ranges from infatuation to love lost, disillusionment, new love, and reflection. Instrumental and various length versions are available for most songs. |

The songs from MMB range from sing-a-long Rock anthem chants and toe-tappin' Pop-Rock shuffles to ethereal, dream-like epics perfect as music beds for long, poignant, dramatic scenes. The songs "Perfect World" and "Perfect World (reprise)" could not only back many dramatic scenes and settings, but have the strength to actually build the scenes around them. "Dazed Days" could easily be covered as a Country swing tune or left in it's current synth-heavy shuffle state. "Jennifer's Song," with it's semi-dreamlike music and lamenting lyrics, could work in many scenes of loss, or expressions of advice to one going astray. MMB, the "Matson Music Box", is the creation of Ken Matson, a professional producer, engineer, and musician/composer of over 40 years. As an accomplished keyboardist and singer with years of experience in Rock, Country, and Jazz bands, as well as solo piano gigs, he has the musical talent and production skills, as well as the business and marketing sense, to provide exceptional music to the licensing market. |
