Based in California, CMDess creates uniquely contemporary music that blends Orchestral, Electronic, Rock, Metal, Alternative, and Urban elements. His work has been featured on numerous TV shows, including American Ninja Warrior, The Speed of Life, Behind the Music, Auction Hunters, American Digger, Chopped, The Daily Show, American Idol, Made, Punk’d, and WWF Smackdown. CMDess has also written trailer music that has appeared in ads for The Masters, The Olympics, Person of Interest, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, NCIS, Dateline, and more.
CMDess also has experience designing sound recordings for FX instruments. He created a concept called "Groove Shadow" in which layers of sequenced FX sounds could be mixed together by frequency to create stimulating new grooves. These groove shadows loops could also be mixed with other parts to further excite and alter the original grooves feel.
More traditional side of trailer music from the "All Levels Higher" collective. Features choir and medieval ambience. Inspired by my contemporaries in the Epic sphere though more minimalist. Instrumental, Military, Battle Gothic
Orchestra behaving badly. Lots of tricks and treats in this unusual dramatic action cue. Performed by human maneuvers riffs and passages. There's an alternative version which is mixed slightly different (brighter) and includes a transformative ending. Explosive Xtacy like only classical provides. Instrumental, Military, Battle Action Orchestral
This is a spacerock metal mesh track with vocals by CMDess. Sometimes getting along just isn't in the cards, this is the song for that state of mind. Hard guitars, angry vocal, electronic backdrop and a few other surprises. Male Vocals, Military, Electronica
