Black Material is a transatlantic composer specializing in Dramatic and Orchestral trailer scores with a heavy electronic lead. Think Skrillex at the movies, or imagine Superman set on Mars. UK born and University educated in Computer Science and Music Theory, Black Material (aka Ali) cut his teeth playing shows with an Electro band which took him across the globe. Landing in the USA on a particularly successful tour, Ali discovered Austin TX, one of America's music heartlands, and decided to stay.
