Jennifer Matthews is an award-winning Roots Rock singer/songwriter with a mesmerizing voice and gorgeous lyrical style. She received an acknowledgement award from Billboard Music Magazine, and Metronome Music Magazine placed "The Wheel" in their Top 15 picks of the year, calling her "sassy, sexy, edgy and above all, talented!" Jennifer has released 8 records, a live DVD, and a poetry book archived at Harvard University, and her international touring schedule has encompassed the US, Japan, Korea, Italy, Switzerland, England, and Alaska.

Jennifer is also an accomplished poet and photographer. Her poetry collection "Fairytales and Misdemeanors" was published by Ibbetson Street Press, and her work has also appeared in Lyrical Somerville, Wilderness House Literary Review, and others. She was nominated for a Cambridge Poetry Award and a St. Botolph Emerging Artist Award.
