With over two decades of experience, Giovanni Bonura is an eclectic Italian musician and composer who can naturally switch from acoustic to electronic music styles. As a result, his music seems to be an elegant staircase leading to higher emotions and, at other times, a free fall toward a disturbing crossroads between what is dramatic and what is tragically secret. The distinctive use of piano, synthesizers and a wide variety of drums and ethnic percussion intensifies Giovanni's unique Classical arrangements.
Giovanni Bonura began his music career as a self-taught composer at 11. His primary instrument for almost ten years was the guitar, but he also developed a passion for playing piano and other instruments like drums and various ethnic percussion. Giovanni has been a frontman in three bands (singer, guitarist, pianist, and composer) and has performed on many stages in Italy. Giovanni began performing Rock and Blues, but over time his talent and strong sensibility led him to a new dimension made of Classical music and synthesizers.
