Lee Boice (Musician /Composer) is a well-respected mainstay artist and writer in the New York City music scene who has performed extensively in both the USA and Europe. His compositions are known for their "visual effects" being able to capture specific moods and create atmospherics in his own unique way. His writing is very eclectic, moving from NYC's Rock and Blues to Eastern-inspired instrumental tracks. Lee has used his studio expertise and musical talents to compose tracks that are both fascinating and dramatic.
Lee Boice's varied background and training in music have given him a unique approach to composing music. He has recorded and played with a broad rage of musicians including members of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artist Blondie to Badal Roy, (percussionist for Miles Davis) and Indian Classical Music Legend Ustad Sultan Khan (Ravi Shankar, George Harrison) to name but a few. His latest releases are "Meeting of the Legends," which made it into the top ten instrumental charts in India and "Evanescent " a Melody Sky release featuring international vocalist Paula Jeanine. Lee plays guitar, bass, keys, sitar and is well versed in modern studio techniques.
