Jamie Robb Gibson is the creative force behind Aversion Theory, an Industrial Rock Electronic solo project he created in 2014. His tracks are aggressive and high energy, with heavy drums, pounding bass, shredding guitar riffs, industrial synth, and angst-ridden vocals. Aversion Theory has been compared to such artists as Skinny Puppy, Nine Inch Nails, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, Front Line Assembly, Rob Zombie, Massive Attack, Pigface, Atari Teenage Riot, Consolidated, and Angelspit.
Never shying away from any subject matter, Jamie Robb Gibson created Aversion Theory to provide the world with honest, no-holds-barred, genuine music and lyrics that can take you on a musical journey, with each song telling a story in its own way. Signed to the Indie Record Label Halo Askew Entertainment back in 2016, and to date has released Five Ep's, One full-length album, and five singles, all of which are available at most major digital music stores and streaming sites. Aversion Theory is currently on Ranker.com's "Best Industrial Rock Band/Artist list."
